Ashley Howard leads our health and safety on the ground. With a background in building and design, and hands-on experience across worksites, Ashley looks after things like inductions, pre-starts, site checks, and making sure everyone’s following the right processes.

We’re backed by Cutting Edge Consultancy, who provide regular advice and reviews to help us stay on track. Their support helps us keep improving and staying up to date with the latest health and safety expectations.

We also work closely with E Safety, who support our prequalification and certifications, including Tōtika and SiteWise — helping us keep our standards high.

Thanks to strong systems and a safety-focused team, we’ve had zero lost-time injuries since we began — and we plan to keep it that way. We're also fully covered with comprehensive insurance, including $10 million in public liability and $10 million in motor vehicle liability, giving our clients extra peace of mind.
